Short description

In 2025, red biotechnology will have a new hotspot in Leipzig. Then the innovation centre on the "Alte Messe" site will open its doors to young companies. On the historic foundations of Hall 12, a life science hub will be created over four floors with offices, laboratory areas, workshop spaces, conference rooms and communal areas for networking, such as the "Founders Cuisine".

Flexibility and state-of-the-art orientation are not only reflected in the different areas of use. The size can also be adapted to the tenants' wishes. All building levels will have the same basic structure with a comprehensive fire alarm system, lifts and shared kitchenettes and sanitary facilities (including toilets for the disabled).

All in all, the 10,000 sqm of the Life Science Hub will provide a diverse mix of space for the young and innovative companies from technology-oriented sectors. At the same time, they will benefit in every respect from the neighbouring scientific institutions and companies on the BioCity Campus.
