Object deskription

The office complex, which is currently under construction, consists of two individual buildings and offers a total of 26,000 m² of floor space. Component A, which is fully let, will be the new headquarters of the biotechnology company c-LEcta. Building B has seven floors above ground and is characterized by a classic-modern architectural language. Nothing stands in the way of the realization of laboratory and office space.
