Object description

The “P2 & P3 OFFICE” office building projects are located on the site of the old Leipzig Trade Fair Center. The “P2 OFFICE” building covers a total of 10,000 m² and extends over 5 floors. State-of-the-art office and practice space has been created on the ground and upper floors. The upper floors were accessed via two separate entrance areas and two staircases with elevator systems. Large window fronts create light-flooded rooms and a special atmosphere. For example, each user is able to condition their workplace to the exact degree according to their individual needs.

However, it is not just the external values that are right, but also the internal ones. The building is characterized by open, timeless architecture with innovative building technology. A supply concept was developed with particularly optimized space economy, flexibility, energy efficiency and sustainability.
